Natural micro-faceted AAA tourmaline necklace

The evening is yours.

Cognac, champagne, rose, and several shades of green. Some stones are pale enough to let the light through; others deepen almost to black. The tiny facets catch the light as you move.

A little pink comes forward, then a warm brown, then green again. There is pleasure in following the colours, in noticing something you missed a moment ago.

They bring to mind a room after the guests have gone. A little cognac left in a glass. Flowers in a vase. You can still hear music from somewhere.

The necklace sits close to the collarbones, its fine line of colour resting against the skin. You might find yourself wearing it well into the evening, forgetting it is there until it catches the light.

Natural, untreated AAA tourmaline. All this colour, already within the stone.

About Sizing

AFTER HOURS is designed to sit close to the collarbones, with an adjustable length of 41–46 cm (approximately 16.1–18.1″). The exact position will depend on your neck size.

If you would prefer a different length, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities, subject to the availability of these individually selected gemstones.

A Note on Natural Gemstones

Each tourmaline bead has its own variations in colour, translucency and internal character. Natural inclusions and subtle differences in shape are part of the stone’s individual character.

The original photographs were taken in natural light. Selected images have digitally edited fabric backgrounds. The gemstones’ appearance may vary with changing light, surroundings, skin tone and screen settings.

Close-up photographs show the gemstones in detail and may make them appear larger than life. The beads measure approximately 3 mm in diameter; please refer to the measurements above when judging their scale.
