Our repair and aftercare service is available exclusively for original FLAME creations.

We do not repair, alter or restring jewellery made by other brands, makers or manufacturers. This allows us to maintain the quality standards we stand behind and to take full responsibility for every piece entrusted to our care.

Every FLAME piece is created using carefully selected professional jewellery materials, including high-quality beading wire, sterling silver and 14k gold-filled components.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 6-month manufacturing guarantee from the original date of purchase.

Like all jewellery, even the finest materials naturally experience wear over time. Regular wear, water exposure, cosmetics, swimming pools, physical work and everyday use may eventually require maintenance or repair.

When that time comes, we will be happy to help.

BEFORE REQUESTING A REPAIR

• Clear photographs of your FLAME piece

• A brief description of the issue

• Proof of purchase if you are making a guarantee claim

Each repair is assessed individually before work begins.

Once we have reviewed your piece, we will confirm:

• Whether repair is possible

• The recommended repair option

• The repair cost

• Shipping instructions

Proof of purchase may be required for guarantee claims.

Most FLAME pieces can be repaired, restrung or restored.

However, certain sculptural glass elements are created using specialised construction techniques and may not be repairable if their original structure has been broken.

In such cases, each piece will be assessed individually and the best possible solution will be recommended.
