Shipping & Delivery

All items are carefully handmade and shipped from our UK atelier.
We usually dispatch orders within 2–4 working days. Each piece is prepared with attention and care — please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for custom work.

Estimated delivery times:
– United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked (1–3 business days)
– European Union: Tracked delivery (4–9 business days)
– USA & International: Tracked international shipping (7–14 business days)

Every parcel is wrapped with care and sent using a tracked service.

Please note:
– We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
– Import duties or local taxes (especially in the EU) are not included and may apply upon delivery.
– FLAME atelier does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for customs-related delays.
