Your visit can include a curated selection of fine untreated gemstones, pearls and sculpted glass, selected around what you would most like to see.
A particular gemstone in mind?
Looking for a particular gemstone, colour, shape, size or quality? We can explore sourcing gemstones specifically for your FLAME piece through our trusted suppliers — even if they are not part of the current collection.
You can discuss your ideas during a Private Atelier Visit or enquire remotely. Sourcing depends on availability and our quality standards; possibilities, pricing and timescales are agreed individually before any special order is placed.
How it works
- Request your visit. Tell us your postcode, one or two preferred dates, and what you would most like to see.
- We confirm the appointment. We’ll agree the date, time and location with you first.
- Then you pay the £35 booking fee. Once the appointment is agreed, we’ll send you a secure payment link. Payment secures your visit.
- Your £35 is fully credited towards purchases of £100 or more during your visit.
If you decide not to purchase, or spend under £100, the booking fee simply covers your private appointment.
Service area
Private Visits are available across London and within approximately 50 miles of our Bedfordshire base. If you’re just outside this area, please send us your postcode — longer-distance visits may still be possible by arrangement.
For central London locations with significant parking or road charges, or for longer-distance visits, an additional travel cost may apply. This will always be agreed with you before the booking fee is taken.
Private Permanent Jewellery Visit

Permanent jewellery, fitted precisely and made to stay with you.
Choose from fine chains and selected FLAME details, including sculpted glass charms. Your piece is fitted precisely to your wrist or ankle, then welded closed without a clasp.
Private Permanent Jewellery Visits will be available on their own or combined with a Private Atelier Visit in one appointment.

Invite a few friends and experience FLAME together — in your home or another convenient place. We bring a curated selection and guide everyone through colour, proportion, length and fit at an easy, unhurried pace.
Private Atelier Gathering
Available now. Fine untreated gemstones, pearls and sculpted glass to see, try on and compare in person.

A thank-you from FLAME
For private group visits, when total purchases reach £300 or more, the host receives FLAME credit equal to 10% of the gathering’s purchases, up to £100, to use towards a FLAME piece of their choice.
For an Atelier Gathering, the £35 booking fee is for the whole visit, not per person, and is fully credited when total purchases from the gathering reach £100 or more.
Travel and any additional arrangements are always confirmed with you before payment.

Gemstone sourcing enquiries. You can also use the form for an enquiry without booking a visit. Please begin your message with “Gemstone sourcing enquiry” and include the stone, preferred colour, shape, size, quality (if known), approximate budget and the type of jewellery you have in mind. We’ll review what may be feasible and discuss any next steps before sourcing begins.
