Refund policy

We hope you love your order. However, if you wish to request a return, please read our return policy carefully:

• Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at info@flameatelier.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order pieces and items in custom sizes) are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
