Yes. Every FLAME symbol is individually handcrafted — each with its own shape, colour nuances, and soul. No two are ever the same. That’s the magic of true glass art: even the smallest form holds its own quiet identity.

2. Is it authentic Murano glass?
💯 Yes. We work with genuine Murano glass, sourced directly from the legendary Venetian island. We also use glass rods from several of the world’s most renowned manufacturers — many with equally superb or even more advanced formulations.

3. What is gold filled?
Gold filled jewelry contains 100 times more real gold than gold plated pieces — literally.
A thick layer of 14k gold is pressure-bonded to a solid core (usually brass), using heat and precision.
This makes it far more durable than plating — designed to last for years with proper care — while offering the timeless beauty of real gold, without compromise.

4. How long does production and shipping take?
We usually dispatch within 2–4 business days.
