How to measure your wrist

For the best possible fit

Please send us your actual wrist measurement only.
You do not need to add any extra room — we will calculate the fit for you according to the design and bead size.

How to measure

• Use a soft measuring tape.
• Let your arm relax naturally and hang down by your side.
• Measure just below the wrist bone, towards the base of the hand — where the bracelet naturally settles.
• Wrap the tape gently around the wrist. It should sit against the skin without pulling tight or hanging loose.
• Do not add or subtract any centimetres yourself.

If possible, measure twice to make sure the number is consistent.

Your fit

Each bracelet is individually adjusted in the FLAME atelier according to the size and proportions of its stones.

If you would like a snugger or more relaxed fit, simply tell us when you send your wrist measurement.

For a custom size, please contact us with your measurement and we will prepare the bracelet individually for you.
